Math and Science for Women Necessary?

I understand the resistance to majoring in math and science, but I’d like to see young women make sure that they don’t ignore developing competence in those areas.

They should be necessary skills for most any pursuit.

I agree with the comment by Diedre Moen on this nicely written article from hall monitor at Liberty High School, Allison Bolgiano.
